We also collect non-personal information automatically when you visit our website, including browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site, through Google Analytics.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide property tax protest representation services on your behalf
- Prepare and file your protest with the Potter-Randall Appraisal District
- Communicate with you about your protest status and results via email, SMS, and phone
- Process your payment and issue refunds where applicable
- Send your Appointment of Agent document for electronic signature
- Send you service-related emails, text messages, and marketing communications about our services
- Improve our website and service offerings
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
By enrolling in our services, you agree to receive communications from ProtestPRAD.com, including updates about your protest, seasonal enrollment reminders, and information about our services. These communications may be delivered by email, SMS text message, or phone. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To opt out of SMS communications, reply STOP to any text message we send. Transactional communications related to your active protest will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your information only with the service providers we use to operate our business, including:

- Airtable | secure client data management
- Google Workspace | business email communications sent from info@protestprad.com
- Google Analytics | website traffic and usage analysis
- Google Maps Platform | property address verification

These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
We do not share your information with the Appraisal District beyond what is required to file and represent your protest.
SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number and enrolling in our services, you consent to receive SMS text messages from ProtestPRAD.com related to your protest status, service updates, and marketing communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Text messages are sent through Twilio and ClickSend in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Your payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the site, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to visiting ours. We use this information to improve our website. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to your device, not your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through Google Analytics with your personally identifiable information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ProtestPRAD.com website and the property tax protest representation services provided by RJJ Consulting, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as ProtestPRAD.com (“ProtestPRAD.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in our services or using our website, you agree to these terms in full.
SERVICES
ProtestPRAD.com provides property tax protest representation services for residential and commercial properties located within the Potter-Randall Appraisal District. Enrollment is completed exclusively online through our website. By completing enrollment and submitting payment, you authorize ProtestPRAD.com to act as your representative in connection with your property tax protest for the applicable tax year.
ENROLLMENT DEADLINE
ProtestPRAD.com closes enrollment no later than noon on May 15 of the applicable tax year. This deadline is firm and cannot be extended. Enrollments submitted after this deadline will not be accepted for the current protest season. This deadline exists to ensure our team has adequate time to properly prepare and file every protest before the Appraisal District’s filing deadline.
FEES AND PAYMENT
Service fees are charged on a per-property, per-tax-year basis. Fees are based on the enrollment date and property type as published on our website at the time of enrollment. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of enrollment. By submitting payment, you authorize ProtestPRAD.com to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you may request a full refund at any time prior to the filing of your protest. ProtestPRAD.com files all protests no later than 4:00 PM on May 15 of the applicable tax year. Once your protest has been filed, no cancellation refund will be issued.
If ProtestPRAD.com does not achieve a reduction in your property’s appraised value, your enrollment fee will be refunded in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time following the conclusion of your protest.
APPRAISAL REVIEW BOARD REPRESENTATION
If the Appraisal District makes an offer and you choose to decline it and proceed to a formal hearing before the Appraisal Review Board (ARB), an additional representation fee of $500 applies. This fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the ARB hearing. If ProtestPRAD.com does not achieve a reduction at the ARB hearing, your original enrollment fee will be refunded, but the $500 ARB representation fee will not.
APPOINTMENT OF AGENT
Upon enrollment, you will be required to execute an Appointment of Agent document authorizing ProtestPRAD.com to represent you before the Potter-Randall Appraisal District. This document is delivered electronically via BoldSign and must be signed before we can file your protest. Failure to sign the Appointment of Agent in a timely manner may result in our inability to represent you and will not entitle you to a refund.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of enrollment. You are responsible for ensuring that the property address, owner information, and any condition details you provide are correct. ProtestPRAD.com is not responsible for errors or missed deadlines resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ProtestPRAD.com’s liability to you in connection with any services rendered shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services. We make no guarantee of a specific outcome or reduction amount. Property tax protest results depend on a variety of factors including appraisal district data, comparable sales, and hearing conditions, many of which are outside our control.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Potter or Randall County, Texas.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
