Flat fee of $395 per property, per tax year — regardless of size or when you enroll. All protests filed May 15, 2026.

No reduction achieved? Next year’s protest is FREE — we protest your property again at no charge. If you decline the Appraisal District’s offer and choose to proceed to a formal ARB hearing, an additional $500 representation fee applies. If no reduction is received at the hearing, next year’s protest is free; the representation fee remains with ProtestPRAD.


How it works

Enroll online — it takes about five minutes. You’ll receive an Appointment of Agent document by email to sign electronically. Please sign it right away so we can legally represent you before PRAD.

We pull your property data directly from PRAD and begin building your case using income approach, comparable sales, and equal & uniform analysis.

We file your protest on May 15, 2026 and represent you through the informal hearing process — and at a formal ARB hearing if needed.

We notify you of the result. If a reduction is achieved, you keep the savings. If not, next year’s protest is FREE.
